Broad Beach and Rhosneigr Beach, known locally as Traeth Llydan and Traeth Crigyll, are only minutes away from where we are. In the case of Broad Beach, it’s right on our doorstep – just walk across the road!
From our second floor bedrooms, guests will always be able to have a look out and see waves lapping the sand, or crashing ashore full of energy on those days when the wind is strong and the tide is competing. You’ll have a fantastic view of the dunes, too, as they rise and fall. If you open the window, you can hear the distant surging and rushing close by, and the wind carries the fresh scent of saltwater. It makes for a fantastic experience and a true sea view in every sense of the word.
A great view of the sea gives you a great view of everything going on amidst the waves, which is always a lot! Anglesey and its locally beloved coastline make for a surfer’s paradise, as well as a perfect place for all other kinds of water-based activities. You’ll be able to spot surfboards, jet skiis and kayaks alike, along with no shortage of powered boats heading out to deeper waters. Wild water swimming is proving very popular recently! You might just feel inspired to get out there yourself.
On the other side of the property, looking inland, you’ll be able to get a good view of Llyn Maelog and all its unique wildlife. We don’t just have a sea view but a lake view, as well! For anyone seeking a scenic stay, Glanllyn Bach is sure to be a location that’s more than ideal.
